What are my payment options?
We offer online credit card payments for VISA, Master Card and Diners Club, via the 3D secure PayFast payment gateway.
How do I tailor my payment intervals?
The default recurring payment interval is 4 weeks. If you find it’s taking more or less time to finish your CBD product, you can increase or decrease the interval between payments. To do so, contact us on +27 (0) 21 286 9341 or email us [email protected].
Can I change items in my subscription?
Yes, you’re welcome to make changes to your subscription. Please just let us know of any changes, at least 3 days prior to your next debit order payment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription, after your 4th recurring order has been paid and processed. To cancel, login to your “My Account” and follow the navigation items.
