It’s early days yet (only about two weeks) but I do find I’m sleeping much better and more restful. The main reason for getting the product was to cut down on my chronic headache medication and it seems that by taking the prescribed dosage of the CBD oil every day, I do suffer less from headaches and the ones I do get are much less severe. Thank you for a great product which is making a big positive difference in my quality of life.
